The non-tech related trends driving workplace change will be a regular feature of this website. Our world evolves via the influence of new technology, but also by shifting economic and social conditions. These social shifts are constantly changing our workplaces, work habits and work organisation.
And whilst technological advancement is the greatest agent of 21st century change it would be a remiss to ignore the social issues that will shape the next 10 years. We must anticipate new and emerging workplace risks – and whether they are linked to technological advancement or caused by social change such as global pandemics, it is imperative that they are brought under a level of control to protect workers and those under our care.
